The role ensures high availability and reliability to meet service levels, with emphasis on electrical and mechanical systems proficiency. The manager will drive InfraOps goals, coordinate with vendors, oversee budgets, and deliver performance reviews.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of people management and team development experience.
• 4+ years of engineering work managing large-scale services.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above.

Responsibilities

• Execute the InfraOps vision and goals.
• Engage in improvement projects and drive them from conception to completion.
• Coordinate daily with third party vendors ensuring adherence to SLAs.
• Manage the operations budget and expenditures.
• Recommend, document, and oversee policies and procedures to meet best practices and SLAs.
• Coordinate change management resources.
• Provide weekly reports to the Data Center DCEO Cluster Manager.
• Write and deliver performance reviews for staff.
• Maintain the on-call schedule coordinating absences and vacations of direct reports.
• Recruit and train technicians to ensure staffing levels.
