Job summary

Spencer Ogden is seeking a Technical Project Manager for Operational Readiness in Texas to lead site-level readiness across data center projects. You will drive design coordination through commissioning, punch-list, and handover, partnering with Construction, Engineering, EHS, PMO, and tenants to embed operational requirements early and ensure a safe, complete turnover.

The role requires managing multiple sites, assessing operator readiness, and driving actions to completion while coordinating

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data center operations, commissioning, or technical program management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience leading commissioning, operational readiness, and turnover activities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary site-level operations stakeholder during design and pre-construction phases.
• Ensure operational requirements and standards are incorporated into project designs and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, EHS, PMO, and third-party operators to ensure readiness and smooth turnover.
• Own the site punch-list process through final completion and formal acceptance.
• Provide regular readiness reporting to senior leadership.
• Lead structured operational handover and ensure clear ownership transfer at turnover.
