Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety is the top priority by complying with all safe work practices and policies.
• Lead field operations for data center construction, mechanical support, commissioning, and cleaning.
• Develop, monitor and measure operational and financial KPIs.
• Establish processes to measure performance of all personnel and continuously improve performance.
• Coordinate resources and scheduling to maximize equipment and manpower utilization.
