Qualifications

• 8+ years verifiable experience in heavy plumbing and HVAC commercial construction (>$20M).
• State plumbing license or 5+ verifiable years as an Operations Manager.
• Proven leadership with multiple superintendents and projects running concurrently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of fast-paced multitasking across projects.
• Familiarity with industry competitors and market dynamics.
• Ability to multitask and perform duties outside the scope when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Managers, General Superintendents and Superintendents.
• Allocate, coordinate and quality‑assure drafting resources within Business Units.
• Implement productivity improvements, ensure project compliance and safety.
• Maintain consistency in Project and Field Management processes across the unit.
• Champion safety, address violations and coach teams to prevent problems.
• Hold Project Review meetings and monitor status reports, billings and cash.
• Approve all additional pricing, including change orders and claims.
• Resolve cost-related issues between Installing and Engineering.
• Monitor upcoming Project Managers and track risk and insurance related items.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through PM/ Superintendent teams.
