Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day execution from Preconstruction to closeout for a Data Center project site. You will develop and implement execution plans, drive profitability, and coordinate cross-functional teams including Project Managers and Superintendents.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and process standardization across the business unit. Required is 8+ years of heavy plumbing/HVAC experience and a plumbing license or equivalent managerial experience.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and supervisory skills overseeing multiple projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage several ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in heavy plumbing/HVAC commercial construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Managers, General Superintendents and Superintendents.
• Coordinate and ensure drafting resources quality across business units.
• Implement productivity improvements and ensure project compliance and QA.
• Maintain consistency of Project and Field Management processes.
• Champion safety and coach against safety violations.
• Lead Project Review meetings and monitor status reports and cash position.
• Approve change orders, back charges, claims and contract modifications.
• Resolve cost-related issues between Installing and Engineering.
• Identify upcoming Project Managers and monitor risk management.
