Job summary

SpaceXSI Memphis is seeking a Data Center Supervisor to oversee the health and performance of server and network infrastructure across data centers and PoPs. You will lead a team of technicians, drive MTTR/MTTD improvements, and coordinate with engineering and provisioning to ensure seamless hardware intake and repair processes.

The role requires hands-on technical leadership, SOP development, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience with server/storage/network hardware.
• 5+ years troubleshooting servers and networking infrastructure.
• Proven leadership experience in data center/technical operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data center technicians.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of server and network infrastructure.
• Manage data center operations, including power, cabling, labeling, and hardware decommissioning.
• Develop and enforce SOPs and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with engineering and provisioning teams for hardware intake and repair processes.
• Utilize internal applications for inventory and asset management.
• Manage data center operations tickets via Jira with timely resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network layouts and solutions.
• Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Provide on-call support during critical events.
