As you join our team, you’ll lead operations, oversee maintenance and safety programs, and mentor junior technicians while shaping the future of sustainable data centers within a quickly growing organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data center or mission-critical operations.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read one-line diagrams and OEM documentation.
• Industry or OEM certifications.
• Experience with BMS, EPMS, DCIM, and CMMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical resource during assigned shifts.
• Monitor and manage electrical, mechanical, and environmental systems.
• Lead response to alarms, events, and abnormal conditions.
• Conduct detailed facility walkthroughs and validate system performance.
• Lead shift turnovers and status communications.
