Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical trade certification and 5+ years of experience in mission-critical services.
• Familiar with the use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to work under pressure.
• Flexible to work outside core office hours.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an operations SME for major area of operations and mentor team members.
• Understand interactions between electrical and mechanical subsystems in a data center.
• Operate systems in line with safety practices and protocols.
• Support site/campus team in inspection and supervision of critical facility equipment.
• Monitor performance from central locations and coordinate corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and follow SOPs, MOPs, EOPs to support site operations and incident response.
