Responsibilities

Serve as an operations SME for major areas (electrical or mechanical) and mentor team members.
Operate all subsystems in accordance with safety practices and procedures.
Support site/ campus incident response and perform corrective repairs with minimal supervision.
Develop incident timelines, root cause analyses, and action items after abnormal conditions.
Ensure site MEP infrastructure operates within defined capacity standards.
