Qualifications

• Previous data center experience desirable.
• Ability to utilize computer.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming/outgoing hardware, inventory tagging, and tracking; stage equipment for installation.
• Install servers, connect power/networks, and troubleshoot basic hardware issues.
• Prepare hardware for deployment: labeling, configuration, and quality checks.
• Perform routine DC hardware installation: rack/stack, cable placement, and housekeeping.
• Respond to alerts and incidents quickly to minimize downtime.
• Maintain/upgrade servers including routine work, troubleshooting, and outage resolution.
• Ensure environmental conditions, security, and data protection per policy.
