Job summary

AFL Global is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support our Data Center Operations team. This role provides advanced coordination, reporting, and administrative support to Operations Managers and project leadership.

The ideal candidate will manage project data, workforce planning, materials, and customer documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple projects. On-site role with potential travel to construction sites.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations coordination, project coordination, construction administration, data center operations, telecommunications, or a related industry.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Track project performance metrics and key operational indicators.
• Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate onboarding, badging, and access requirements for project personnel.
