Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced program manager to lead the onboarding and orientation initiatives for new builders in AWS Data Centers.

You will partner with regional leadership, manage schedules and instructors, and drive metrics to improve the end-to-end onboarding experience for a diverse, global community. The role requires strong organizational skills, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to influence without formal authority.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience facilitating in group settings with an audience of 50+

Responsibilities

• Deeply involved in design of onboarding and learning systems; manage complex onboarding initiatives and deploy new mechanisms.
• Coordinate onboarding activities across cross-functional teams and volunteer instructors.
• Define scheduling, logistics, and administration of both virtual and in‑person orientations.
• Develop and monitor internal metrics to drive improvements in the onboarding process.
• Lead basic PXT onboarding for New Hires and manage localized communications touchpoints.
