• 1-3 years of proven experience in Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
• Competitive spirit with a drive to succeed and improve team efficiency.
• Positive attitude and ability to make teams happier and more efficient.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Must pass a motor vehicle check and have reliable transportation to the work site.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to data center management, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
• Coordinate visitor access and onboarding for contractors and vendors.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications and coordinate with various teams.
• Oversee day-to-day office operations, supplies, equipment, and workspace cleanliness.
• Maintain accurate documentation including contracts, invoices, and administrative records.
• Support security measures by managing access control systems, visitor logs, and security protocols.
• Assist in planning and coordinating events within the data center, such as trainings and tours.
• Collaborate with safety, facility, and IT teams on office-related needs and emergencies.
