Job summary

Hut 8 is seeking a Site Logistics & Materials Coordinator for our River Bend data center campus in Corpus Christi, TX. You will ensure timely delivery, proper storage, and accurate records for materials and equipment on a live construction site.

Responsibilities include real-time logging, weekly audits, and rapid issue resolution with carriers and vendors to safeguard the project schedule and asset value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in site logistics, materials management, warehousing, or construction supply chain on large industrial projects.
• Experience with receiving and inventory control, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
• Understanding of OEM equipment handling and warranty implications.
• Proficient with ERP/inventory systems and strong documentation discipline.
• Direct, timely communication to resolve issues with carriers, vendors, or management.
• Comfort working outdoors on an active construction site; forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a real-time log of equipment delivered by OEMs and perform weekly audits.
• Resolve delivery issues, shortages, damaged shipments, and documentation gaps.
• Collaborate with category management and vendors to protect project schedule and asset value.
• Ensure proper storage and handling in line with warranty and vendor specs when on-site storage is needed.
