Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Network Deploy Technician to join our Infrastructure Operations team in Oregon. You will work with minimum supervision to drive stability and scale our next‑generation networks, supporting data center locations and assisting with capacity management.

Responsibilities include coordinating with customers and vendors, troubleshooting networking issues, and ensuring hardware staging and installation meet standards. Travel within regional work areas is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience.
• 1+ year of computer networking experience.
• High school or equivalent diploma.

Responsibilities

• Managing work and priorities through ticketing system and workflows to complete customer requests and projects.
• Collaborating with various stakeholders to remove project obstacles.
• Troubleshooting networking, routing and interconnectivity issues, including patch panels and patch cords.
• Specifying Power and Cooling requirements and ensuring Hardware Racking/Stacking completed for new equipment.
• Participating in the migration, basic configuration and rollout of new or upgraded hardware.
