Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Data Center Network Operations Lead to oversee hardware repair and troubleshooting in our data center environments. You will lead a team of technicians, diagnose issues using CLI tools, and coordinate with OEM vendors for RMA and warranty claims.

The role requires 24/7/365 support, strong leadership, and deep hardware/network expertise across servers, storage, and networking hardware.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a technical discipline or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 5+ years in breakfix/repair support, hardware diagnostics, and repair in enterprise environments.
• 2+ years of people management or team lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead network repair operations across server, storage, and network hardware platforms.
• Perform advanced diagnostics using CLI tools to identify and resolve issues.
• Oversee physical hardware repair and component-level replacements.
• Troubleshoot Layer 1–3 network issues and misconfigurations.
• Coordinate with OEM vendors for RMA processes and warranty claims.
• Maintain and update documentation for incidents and repairs.
• Manage ticket queues and SLA adherence.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior technicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for upgrades and maintenance windows.
• Ensure compliance with MOPs/CMOPs and improve processes.
