Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 5+ years in data center connectivity design; or 7+ years without degree.
• Experience with multimode fiber, single-mode fiber, copper, and low-voltage systems.
• Experience designing ultra-high fiber count (UHFC) plants.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, future-proof data center connectivity for networks beyond 800G.
• Procure fiber, copper, and other connectivity materials for builds and refreshes.
• Provide project management and construction oversight for connectivity scope.
• Plan and implement network upgrades in live data centers.
• Develop MOPs and SOPs for connectivity deployments.
• Audit installations and ensure proper troubleshooting before turnover.
• Maintain as-built data center connectivity documentation.
• Release and troubleshoot ISP circuits across regions.
• Collaborate with capacity planning and operations on cluster design.
• Apply building codes and industry standards to connectivity.
