Job summary

SpaceX is seeking an IT Network Infrastructure Engineer for Data Centers to design scalable, future-proof connectivity for data centers supporting 800G+ architectures. You will coordinate with capacity planning, network engineering, hardware reliability, construction, and operations to ensure uptime and efficiency.

You will develop MOPs/SOPs, oversee procurement of fiber and copper, and maintain as-built documentation for all connectivity deployments, while ensuring compliance with industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 5+ years designing data center connectivity; or 7+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with multimode fiber, single-mode fiber, copper, and low-voltage systems.
• Experience designing, installing, and documenting UHFC plants.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, future-proof data center connectivity for network clusters beyond 800G.
• Procure fiber, copper, and other connectivity materials for new builds, expansions and refreshes.
• Provide project management and construction oversight for connectivity scope on data center projects.
