Qualifications

• 2+ years of Information Technology (IT) experience.
• 2+ years in a management or team lead function.
• Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians for installation and deployment of new network systems and projects.
• Prioritize tasks to data center technicians and operators; project management and documentation.
• Manage inbound capacity from receiving through deployment stages.
• Oversee installation network and cabling infrastructure in a data center environment.
• Train staff on best practices related to service owner issues.
• Coordinate across projects to meet SLAs and delivery needs.
• Develop and enforce policies to meet industry best practices and SLAs.
• Coordinate resources for emergency/provisioning projects and on-call needs.
