Staffmark Group is seeking a Network Infrastructure Cable Technician (Direct Hire) in Compton, CA. You will install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot low-voltage cabling for voice, data, and network infrastructure, and service CCTV and security systems in data centers and commercial facilities.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, plus 3+ years of experience in cabling and network installations; technical training is a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical training in telecom, networking, or low-voltage systems is a plus.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in low-voltage cabling or network infrastructure.
• Experience installing, terminating, testing, and troubleshooting structured cabling.
• Familiarity with CCTV installation and data center cabling preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot low-voltage cabling systems.
• Install and service CCTV, security, and surveillance systems.
• Perform structured cabling installations in server rooms, data centers, and commercial facilities.
• Route, label, organize, and document network cables.
• Test cable performance and diagnose connectivity issues.
• Assist with network rack installation, cable management, and equipment setup.
• Read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams for installations.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment and comply with standards.
• Communicate project status and solutions with customers and team.
