Job summary

Eco-Staff, LLC is seeking a Data Technician to support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of data systems in a fast-paced data center environment. You will install network equipment, perform routine maintenance, and assist with CCTV systems while delivering strong customer service during on-site visits.

Familiarity with LAN technologies and low voltage cabling.

Responsibilities

Install and configure network equipment including switches, routers, and cabling (Cat5 and low voltage).
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on data center equipment.
Assist with the setup and management of CCTV systems.
Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients during installations or repairs.
Telecommunicate with team members to coordinate project tasks and updates.
Ensure compliance with safety standards while using power tools during installations.
Document all work performed, including network diagrams and system configurations.
Collaborate with other technicians to improve processes and resolve technical issues.
