Globalaii INC is seeking a Data Center Technician in California to install cabling, containment, and manage cabling projects with a focus on safety and reliability. The role involves field installation, coordination with project sites, and ensuring timely delivery of equipment and documentation.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of related field experience, can lift 75 lb, and maintains excellent customer service and communication with clients. Occasional travel and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in related field.
• Ability to lift 75 lb ladder.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel and work overtime.
• Drug and background screening required.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Install low and high voltage cabling for clients.
• Rough-in and termination of cabling.
• Test and document cabling across media types.
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot low voltage cable systems.
• Work with CAT5e/6, fiber, coax, etc.
• Cable pulling, suspension, fireproofing, terminating and testing per NEC.
• Conduit pipe bending and fitting.
• Deliver a positive customer experience and strong client relations.
• Ensure equipment and information are onsite to meet schedules.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
