Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility interior, exterior, perimeter, parking areas, and critical infrastructure.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoffs per site requirements.
