Job summary

Pkaza LLC is staffing a Data Center MEP Superintendent in Dallas, TX with remote TX project options. The role oversees electrical, mechanical, and control subtrades, drives on-time, on-budget performance, and mentors field staff on a major data center build.

Travel/onsite M-F, with strong emphasis on safety, commissioning support, and vendor management to ensure proper installation and energization of systems. Competitive salaries and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data centre / critical facilities MEP construction experience.
• Experience working for a General Contractor or Trade.
• Proficiency with PC and Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project).
• Experience directing commissioning efforts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain liaison with client, A/E firm, Owner’s Rep, PM, subcontractors and vendors to facilitate construction at the data center site.
• Establish and manage project objectives, standards, planning and procedures.
• Provide leadership for field MEP activities and coordinate with PM and subs.
• Keep all parties informed of project progress.
• Understand MEP systems including start-up, testing and troubleshooting.
• Direct vendors to ensure proper installation and commissioning of electrical, mechanical and control systems.
• Maintain safe, compliant site and manage safety programs.
• Support change orders, billing, reporting.
• Attend weekly progress and safety meetings and coordinate upcoming work.
• Support project closeout and demobilization.
