Job summary

ARCO is seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to oversee all MEP activities on large-scale data center projects, from the data hall fit-out through commissioning. You will ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance while coordinating subcontractors and driving successful project delivery.

Travel to project sites as needed and maintain a current driver’s license in your state of residence. A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred and 5–10 years of MEP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in MEP supervision, with at least 3 years on data center projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; experience with commissioning and testing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all MEP field operations for data center projects.
• Coordinate installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and safety standards.
• Manage subcontractor performance and resolve field issues.
• Monitor project schedule and report progress to the management team.
• Lead daily coordination meetings with trade partners.
• Maintain documentation of field activities and testing.
• Collaborate with commissioning teams to ensure system functionality.
• Lead inspections and quality checks for MEP systems.
