Job summary

Green Recruitment Company seeks an experienced Project Manager II for a on-site, ground-up construction leadership role. You will manage mission-critical projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with Superintendents and PM teams on site to plan, schedule, and budget while ensuring client satisfaction.

You will protect uptime, mitigate risk, and drive zero-defect turnover, aligning with safety culture and project financial performance in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Four-year engineering or construction management degree. Combination of education and/or industry experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage mission-critical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Own planning, schedules, budgets, and client communication on site.
• Lead cross-functional teams and interface with clients in 24/7 environments.
• Protect uptime, mitigate risk, and deliver zero-defect turnover.
