Job summary

Innovar Group is seeking experienced MEP Managers to support large-scale, mission-critical construction projects. This hands-on role requires strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within data centers or high-tech environments, with a focus on field execution and safe, on-time installation.

• Extensive experience leading MEP activities in data center or mission-critical environments.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in high-availability facilities.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple trades in fast-paced construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution and coordination of MEP construction activities from early phases through turnover.
• Oversee installation of complex systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, power, cabling, and cooling.
• Manage contractors and vendors to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, commissioning, and operations teams for successful delivery.
• Review progress, identify risks, and drive issue resolution to minimize delays.
• Ensure work aligns with design intent, project requirements, and operational needs.
