• Proven ability to break down complex construction operations into logical steps.
• Proficient in MS Office and data analysis for estimating.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and deadline-driven discipline.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project estimates from proposals, blueprints, specs and docs.
• Calculate labour, material, and time requirements for costs.
• Develop pricing strategies and review permits and project requirements.
• Maintain logs, take-offs, vendor comparisons, and RFP docs.
• Coordinate schedules with GC activities and project milestones.
• Support data entry and estimator-team collaboration on live projects.
• Assist with quotations and respond to sales questions with technical input.
