Job summary

Appleton Finn in Denver, CO is seeking an Electrical Estimator to join its Data Center Preconstruction team. You will perform take-offs, pricing, subcontractor engagement, and bid preparation on mission-critical data center projects across the U.S.

and Canada. The ideal candidate has 2–8 years of electrical estimating experience, can read drawings and specs, thrives in a fast-paced bid environment, and demonstrates strong organization and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–8 years of electrical estimating experience.
• Experience producing quantity take-offs and competitive estimates.
• Able to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Comfortable reading in a fast-paced, bid-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Commercial/industrial/data center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform take-offs and pricing for bids on data center projects.
• Engage subcontractors and coordinate bid packages.
• Prepare bid documents and ensure competitive, accurate estimates.
