Big-D Construction Corporation's Mission Critical group seeks an Assistant Mechanical Superintendent to support planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical construction on data center projects in Reno, NV. The role works closely with the Mechanical Superintendent to oversee field operations, subcontractor performance, safety, quality, and schedule adherence for critical systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of related experience on commercial construction projects.
• Experience with HVAC, piping, plumbing, and mechanical systems on large projects.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and specs; coordinate with subs and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support mechanical scopes on data center projects.
• Assist safety, quality, schedule, production, logistics and coordination.
• Represent the company in meetings with stakeholders.
• Coordinate and direct subcontractors and vendors.
• Work with project team to set goals and accountability.
• Maintain productivity, material use and contractual performance.
• Verify subcontractor completion of scope; manage changes learning.
