Job summary

Faith Technologies seeks a Mechanical Project Manager (Mech) to lead onsite planning, coordination, execution and closeout of mechanical systems on large-scale data center projects. Manage piping, cooling, ductwork and related infrastructure safely, on schedule and within budget.

The role requires 7–15+ years in mechanical project leadership on major construction, with HVAC and data center cooling expertise; travel 35–50% and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7–15+ years of experience managing mechanical scopes on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of HVAC and data center cooling strategies; proven subcontractor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical scope delivery from pre-site to turnover on data center projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing and construction teams for seamless execution.
• Manage schedules, milestones and budgets to meet aggressive timelines.
• Ensure systems align with design intent and owner requirements, and manage interfaces.
