Job summary

EPC Project Management Consulting, LLC seeks a Mechanical Construction Manager/Commissioning Manager to lead the mechanical construction scope on hyperscale data center developments across the U.S. You will oversee HVAC, piping, and related systems, coordinating with owners, GCs, engineers, and trade partners to deliver critical infrastructure on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in mechanical construction management on large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, chilled water plants, piping, and mechanical infra.
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multi-trade activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site mechanical construction from pre-construction to project closeout.
• Manage mechanical subcontractors for HVAC, piping, and related systems.
• Coordinate with PM, engineering, electrical, civil, structural, and commissioning teams.
• Monitor schedules and mitigate risks to maintain milestones.
• Review drawings, specs, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings for compliance.
• Oversee installation quality and ensure conformance to design and client standards.
• Drive field coordination to resolve clashes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain safety compliance with site requirements.
• Support system startup, turnover, and commissioning.
