Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or Business is required.
5+ years of experience in commercial real estate asset management, investments, or portfolio management.
Experience in data center, digital infrastructure, telecommunications, or hyperscale development is preferred.
Ability to translate financials and market data into actionable strategy for assets and investments.
Excellent communication with executives, brokers, and customers.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute revenue growth strategies for assigned data center portfolio.
Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Engineering, Legal, and Sales to optimize market performance.
Provide financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis for portfolio decisions.
Lead renewal and expansion opportunities and coordinate capital deployment.
Represent Digital Realty in market discussions and client engagements.
