Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service small to medium-sized buildings and industrial systems. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs, inspect systems, and assist with installation and modification of equipment. Responsibilities

Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose problems, and repair as needed.
Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
Support energy management by keeping building systems efficient.
Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
Follow defined procedures and communicate clearly under supervision.
