Job summary

CyrusOne is seeking a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to join the Operations & Maintenance team in a 24/7 environment. The role focuses on planning resources, scheduling tasks, and executing preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance with minimal production disruption.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Engineering, Operations, and Customers to complete maintenance on time, managing spare parts inventory, and maintaining CMMS data accuracy while developing SOPs and work plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; advanced technical certs preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in industrial/Data Center maintenance environments.
• 3+ years in maintenance planning/scheduling; strong coordination skills.
• Familiarity with Change management, Work Order control, and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule all submitted work orders; ensure proper prep.
• Coordinate with site groups to minimize production interruptions.
• Lead communication between Management, Operations, and Engineering.
• Manage materials planning, spare parts, and BOM accuracy.
• Oversee CMMS for scheduling, parts, and labor tracking; review closures.
