Job summary

Cologix is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to manage preventive and recurring maintenance across a mission-critical data center environment. You will own the maintenance schedule, coordinate with Infrastructure teams and vendors, and ensure work is planned and executed on schedule with accurate documentation.

This operational role requires staying close to the work, managing competing priorities, and driving follow-through in a live facility. Shift: Mon-Fri 7am-3pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in facility maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Strong documentation and audit discipline.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams (Infrastructure, Vendors, Operations).
• Experience in live data center environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and actively manage the master preventive maintenance program across facility systems.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with Infrastructure teams, vendors, and Operations to align with real-time site priorities.
• Create and manage Methods of Procedure (MOPs), ensuring accuracy and approval for execution.
• Track maintenance execution in real time and ensure work is completed and documented.
• Identify scheduling conflicts or risks and adjust plans or escalate as needed.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding, scheduling, and readiness of materials and services.
• Maintain clear maintenance records to support audit readiness and visibility.
• Monitor maintenance backlog and recurring issues, driving timely resolution.
• Provide clear, actionable updates to Operations and Infrastructure leadership on status and risks.
