Job summary

Core Scientific is seeking a highly skilled Low Voltage Designer to lead strategy, design, and deployment of telecommunications and low‑volume infrastructure across our data center portfolio. The role combines technical design leadership with project execution oversight, serving as the primary authority for structured cabling, fiber, OSP, security systems, BAS/EPMS integration, DAS, and RoIP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of telecommunications infrastructure design with leadership experience.
• Experience supporting hyperscale data centers or large campus infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead design standards for telecommunications and low‑voltage systems, including cabling, fiber, OSP, and DAS.
• Review construction documents for compliance with BICSI, ANSI/TIA, and related standards.
• Manage full project lifecycle from planning through turnover and commissioning.
• Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure successful delivery.
