Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Production Technician Associate to support daily data center logistics operations, including receiving equipment, moving materials, staging items and preparing shipments while safely operating material handling equipment.

Day Shift - Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. Role requires following procedures, accurate inventory tracking, and continuous learning of logistics processes, tools, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience.
• A high degree of technical skills and assembling techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to read, understand and follow job orders and work procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent work or military experience.
• 3 years of experience and proven track record of successful performance in a warehouse environment.
• Availability to travel more than 75% of the time.
• Good communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with and support other team members.
• Ability to be engaged and productive while remaining flexible and adaptable to changing conditions and expectations.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, move, stage, and prepare equipment and materials for shipment to support daily data center logistics operations
• Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts in accordance with training and safety guidelines
• Follow established procedures and work instructions, completing tasks based on priorities set by a lead or supervisor
• Accurately record inventory movements in systems and promptly elevate discrepancies or issues for resolution
• Continuously learn and apply data center logistics processes, tools, and safety expectations in daily tasks
