Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Production Technician Associate to support daily data center logistics, including receiving equipment, moving materials, staging items, and preparing shipments while safely operating material handling equipment.

You will follow procedures, track inventory, and escalate discrepancies for resolution. This 1st shift role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, with competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k)

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to travel more than 75% of the time
• Read and follow job orders and work procedures
• Experience with material handling equipment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Receive, move, stage, and prepare equipment and materials for shipment.
• Safely operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts).
• Follow established procedures and work instructions based on priorities set by lead or supervisor.
• Accurately record inventory movements in systems and elevate discrepancies.
• Continuously learn and apply data center logistics processes, tools, and safety expectations.
