Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Logistics Associate for the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 4:00pm–12:30am) to manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and keep a clean, organized workspace within our data center operations in Red Oak, TX.

You’ll use inventory systems, perform stock counts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while adhering to safety protocols. A high school diploma and at least 1 year in logistics are required; proficiency with Excel/Word is a plus, as are strong

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory management, or related fields.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.
• Proficiency in using basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word).
• Ability to do basic math calculations and read safety/operating documents.
• Familiarity with lifting techniques and material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management and accurate recording of all incoming inventory.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers and carriers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform stock counts.
• Prepare shipping documents and ensure proper packaging and labeling.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment on site.
