Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Logistics Associate responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and maintaining organized work areas to support efficient data center operations.

The role involves receiving and inspecting inventory, recording transactions, and assisting with server rack assembly. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of logistics experience, familiarity with Excel/Word, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory management, or related fields.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming inventory and hardware.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and proper documentation for items received and shipped.
• Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to schedule inbound and outbound shipments.
• Prepare shipping documents, labels, and packaging for outgoing shipments.
• Assist with setup and installation of server racks and related equipment.
