GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Logistics Associate II for 1st shift to manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and maintain a clean work environment in our data center.

You’ll support cross-functional teams and assist in installing server racks and cable management, with a focus on safety and efficiency. The role includes collaboration with data center operations and procurement, daily responsibilities for receiving and shipping, and compliance with security measures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics or inventory management.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and MS Office tools (Excel/Word).
• Ability to lift and handle server components and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management including receiving, inspecting, and recording items.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and prepare shipping documents.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and docks.
• Adhere to safety protocols and security measures at the data center.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet logistics needs.
• Assist in setup and installation of server racks and cable management.
