Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking a Data Center Logistics Associate on 2nd shift (Fri-Mon, 2:00pm-10:30pm) to manage inventory and coordinate shipments for our data center.

You will work with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate receiving, staging and packing, assist with server rack assembly, lift up to 50 lbs, and follow safety protocols. Benefits include health coverage, a 401(k) plan and free meals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory management, or related fields.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic office software (Excel, Word).
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials and operate material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management: receive, inspect, and record all incoming inventory.
• Shipping and receiving: coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and documentations.
• Facility maintenance: keep work areas clean and organized.
• Compliance and safety: follow safety protocols and access controls.
• Support and collaboration: work with cross-functional teams to meet inventory/logistics needs.
• Assembly: assist with setup/installation of server racks as needed.
