Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Logistics Associate for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00am-3:30pm) to support inventory control and data center operations.

You will manage inventory, coordinate shipments, maintain an organized workspace, and assist with server rack installation and cable management under supervision. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and precise handling of networking equipment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in logistics or inventory management.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic office software.
• Ability to perform basic math and read safety documents.
• Experience using material handling equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Willingness to work a 2nd shift and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory accurately.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers and carriers.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace and storage areas.
• Comply with safety protocols and access control measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet logistics needs.
• Assist in installing and assembling server racks and cabling per guidelines.
