Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Logistics Associate for a weekend 2nd shift (Friday–Monday, 1:30 pm–12:00 am) to support data center operations. The role focuses on inventory management, shipping/receiving, assembly of server racks, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least 1 year in logistics or inventory. Proficiency with basic office software and lifting/handling heavy materials is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory management, or related fields
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word)
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating procedures
• Familiarity with lifting techniques and material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks)

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: receive, inspect, and record all incoming inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Shipping and Receiving: coordinate shipments, prepare documents, labels and packaging.
• Facility Maintenance: keep storage and docks clean and organized; assist with disposal of packaging materials.
• Compliance and Safety: follow safety protocols and adhere to security measures.
• Support and Collaboration: work with cross-functional teams to fulfill inventory and logistics needs; assist with special projects.
• Assembly: assist in setup and installation of server racks and cable management under guidance.
