Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a Procurement lead for its Logistics Team to own auto-replenishment, stock levels, and vendor negotiations across multiple data center sites. You will drive on-time delivery, consolidate spend, and shape procurement strategy for site launches.

You will collaborate with operations, warehousing, and finance, turning consumption data into forecasts and actionable purchase plans while building standardized catalogs and preferred vendor programs.

Qualifications

• Stock replenishment and min/max levels across multiple sites.
• Vendor negotiations on price tiers, terms, lead times, and service levels.
• Consolidating spend with national vs local vendors.
• Experience buying for new facilities or site launches.
• Cross-functional collaboration with operations, warehousing, finance, and engineering.
• Data-driven purchasing decisions with consumption history and vendor performance.

Responsibilities

• Run auto-replenishment and min/max levels for data center ops consumables across all sites.
• Buy equipment and consumables to set up each new site before go-live.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and service levels with vendors and set a vendor strategy per site.
• Collaborate with Data Center Operations, inventory control, warehousing, and finance to forecast demand and create purchase plans.
• Build the buying playbook for ops spend with standard catalogs, preferred vendors, and thresholds.
