Job summary

Meta seeks an experienced Site Logistics Operations Specialist for data center field and warehouse operations. You will support Site Logistics Operational Leads, oversee third-party logistics teams, and develop standardized processes across sites.

The role emphasizes process analysis, data-driven optimization, and collaboration with internal and external partners to improve inventory controls and operational efficiency. 10% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations management, business management or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years logistics experience overseeing operations, team performance, and SLA adherence.
• Experience with ERP, TMS, CMS, WMS systems – Oracle, Excel or similar analytics tools.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics operations at the data center to ensure IBOS 4S standards (Safety, Security, SOX) are met.
• Monitor operations, identify gaps, and develop remediation plans.
• Coordinate with third party logistics provider lead to meet site requirements and develop logistics plans.
• Develop, refine, and maintain documentation for executing safe, efficient logistics within Meta data centers.
• Identify gaps in operations and present solutions to standardize across sites.
• Build cross-functional relationships and drive effective communication with internal partners.
• Assist with monthly audits and year-end financial reporting requirements.
• Support IBOS leaders in understanding business requirements and process improvements.
• Drive inventory reconciliation to identify risk and correct errors.
• Travel up to 10%.
