Meta is seeking an experienced Data Center Site Logistics Operations Lead to oversee logistics across its distributed data center network. The role partners with on-site program managers, IBOS teams, and external stakeholders to implement repeatable processes, analytics, and inventory controls while driving cost efficiency and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations management, business management and/or any other related field.
• 10+ years experience in data center logistics, production IT or similar environment.
• 10+ years experience in business analysis/program management.
• Experience in as-is/to-be business process mapping, gap analysis, requirements elicitation and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead Site Logistics Operations through project assignment, resource alignment, and prioritization.
• Supervise logistics operations at assigned data center site to ensure operations are performed within IBOS 4S standards.
• Gather and share feedback from improvement efforts across IBOS and present to leadership as needed.
• Monitor inventory reconciliation processes to identify risk, manage obsolescence, and reserve appropriately.
• Lead site IBOS analysts to run daily operations and site projects with minimal direction.
