Meta is seeking a seasoned Data Center Site Logistics Operations Lead to drive scalable logistics processes across distributed data centers. You will lead site teams, coordinate with IBOS leaders, and oversee inventory controls, audits, and supplier management.

The role emphasizes analytics, cost analysis, and strategic input to IBOS while partnering with internal customers and external vendors. Travel ~10% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain/operations.
• 10+ years data center logistics, production IT, or similar environment.
• 10+ years business analysis/program management experience.
• Experience mapping as-is/to-be processes and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead site logistics operations through project assignment and resource alignment.
• Supervise operations to meet safety, SOX, and stakeholder requirements.
• Act as IBOS point of contact for projects and initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor inventory, cycles, audits, and financial reporting across the region.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to measure performance and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with safety teams to ensure compliance with Federal and local rules.
• Travel approximately 10% to data center locations.
