Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc in Omaha, NE is hiring for a Data Center Logistics Associate. The role centers on inventory management, shipping/receiving, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace while supporting cross-functional teams and data center installations.

You will lift and move server trays/racks, operate material handling equipment, and assist in rack assembly following guidance from senior technicians. A hands-on, growth-oriented position in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 18 years of age and high school diploma or equivalent.
1 year of experience in logistics, inventory management or related fields.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic office software.
Ability to perform basic math and read safety/operational documents.
Familiarity with lifting techniques and material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

Inventory management: receive, inspect, and record all incoming inventory; maintain records and stock counts.
Shipping and receiving: schedule inbound/outbound shipments; prepare documents and labels.
Facility maintenance: keep a clean, organized work area and docks.
Compliance and safety: follow safety protocols and access controls.
Support and collaboration: work with cross-functional teams and assist in special projects.
Assist in setup and installation of server racks according to instructions; aid in cable management.
